Macerata
Macerata is de Middeleeuwse provinciehoofdstad en ligt op een kwartiertje van het huis. De stad herbergt een van de oudste universiteiten van Italië en staat bekend als -na Verona- de tweede opera-stad van Italië. De opera's worden in het oude Sferisterio in de openlucht gehouden. Een event om niet te missen. Macerata heeft verder een prachtig oud centrum met mooie palazzo's, pleinen en gezellige terrassen. In zomer komt in de avonduren de stad echt tot leven. Wekelijks op woensdagmorgen van 08:00 tot 13:00 is er in het oude centrum markt, waarbij vooral kleding, tassen, sieraden en schoenen worden aangeboden.

In the Italian province of Le Marche, declared by Lonely Planet in 2020 as one of the two most beautiful regions in the world, and in the middle of the characteristic rolling hills, vineyards and sunflower fields, you will find this beautiful and very spacious villa that will be available for rent from 2022.
Through the electric gate and (paved) access road of 500 meters you will arrive at the villa with enclosed, beautifully landscaped and well-maintained garden, which includes cypress trees, an olive grove and fruit trees.
The villa can be rented for groups of 2-10 people and has a large and modern swimming pool (12.5 x 5.5 meters) with large sun terrace and sunbeds for all guests. There are 4 bathrooms available to guests.
Villa San Valentino has recently been renovated and refurbished, combining classic elements such as the vaulted ceilings with a modern interior with design brands such as Vitra, Hay, Foscarini, Fermob, Emu, Artemide, Magis, Cini & Nils, Linteloo and Fatboy. The house has a new design kitchen with, among other things, a built-in pizza oven, (microwave) oven, two dishwashers and a large American fridge with ice cube function.
Enjoy the view together or with friends or family on long summer evenings from the covered terrace of 60 m2 with 4 meter long dining table, two lounge sets and the large Weber outdoor kitchen, while the children take a dip in the illuminated swimming pool.
The villa is strategically located to the beach, mountains, beautiful villages and beautiful cities.
The villa has a large well-maintained, irrigated and fenced garden (> 5000 m2) which is beautifully lit at night. There is a carport with space for 4 cars to keep your car cool during hot summer days.
The (new) swimming pool is 12.5 x 5.5 meters large and the spacious sun terrace contains an outdoor shower and sun beds and umbrellas for all guests.
The villa offers lots of privacy to the guests and splendid views over the surrounding rolling hills and villages. The beach, the mountains, many medieval villages and beautiful cities are easily accessible from the villa.
